・Reservation Deadline：Until one week before tour starts. (Reservations made within one week may be rejected.)
・The tour may proceed even if there are fewer than 15 participants. We will notify you approximately one to two weeks before
　the tour date, and no later than three days prior to departure.
・This is an exhibition and hands-on cultural experience, not an official Grand Sumo tournament.
・Participation in the training and wrestler challenge is completely optional. Please note that you may not be able to participate
　due to limited capacity.
・Guests may remain seated and watch, photograph, or film instead.
・Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended.
・Guests with injuries, joint problems, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, or other conditions that make physical activity unsafe
　should not take part in the wrestler challenge.
・Children must remain supervised by an accompanying adult.
・If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please ask whether we can accommodate them when checking availability.
・What's included :
　Approximately two-hour sumo experience, Admission to the venue, English Japanese hosting, Optional hands-on sumo
　movements, Optional audience challenge, Photo time with the wrestlers, Chanko hot-pot lunch, Dietary adjustments when
　confirmed in advance

【Cancellation Policy】
・7 days before travel date : 30% of tour fee
・5 days before travel date : 50% of tour fee
・3 days before travel date : 70% of tour fee
・1 day before travel date : 100% of tour fee
・No-Show : 100% of tour fee
